In light of recent fire incidents at our school, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), in collaboration with the School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (SDRRM) team, conducted the Continuing Fire Safety and Awareness Program (FSAP) on May 15, 2024.

The program aimed to enhance awareness by educating students and staff about fire safety protocols and emergency response procedures, and to promote preparedness by ensuring that the school community is equipped with the knowledge and skills to prevent and respond effectively to fire emergencies. The event was joined by the dedicated teachers and enthusiastic students of LYFJNNHS and LSF3INHS.

We were honored to have FO1 Neil Bercasio as our plenary speaker, who not only provided valuable insights and practical advice on fire safety but also demonstrated and conducted a hands-on activity on how to extinguish a fire. Stay safe and vigilant!
