North High conducted its School Improvement Plan (SIP) Vision Sharing & Strategic Planning for SY 2025–2028, gathering key stakeholders and community leaders committed to shaping a brighter future for our learners.

The event commenced with a solemn Prayer, followed by the Philippine National Anthem and the Bagong Pilipinas Hymn through an AVP presentation. Warm Welcome Remarks were given by our very own Dr. Naneth P. Salvador, setting a tone of unity and purpose for the day.

Key participants included:

•Barangay Officials: Brgy. Captain Jowie S. Carampot and Brgy. Kagawad Lester Brolagda, Kgwd. Russel Reyes & Nemesio Bautista (Barangay DRRM), Kgwd. Jojo Garcia (BCPC)

• SPTA President: Mr. Bernafe Ortega

• SSLG Representatives: Christine Noelle Sugapong & Gracielle Gaduina

Clear and concise orientation on DepEd Order No. 44, s. 2015 was conducted and a new School Planning Team was formed, ensuring all groups were aligned in the SIP development process.

The heart of the session was the vision sharing activity, where each group reflected on their hopes and goals for the school and presented their collective vision for 2025–2028. The collaborative spirit and shared insights were truly inspiring.

The session concluded with heartfelt Closing Remarks by Mr. Erwin Asugui, Master Teacher I, emphasizing our collective commitment to transformative education.

Together, we plan not just for improvement—but for lasting impact.
