In line with the Department of Education’s Omnibus Guidelines on the Regulation of Operations of Parent-Teacher Associations (DepEd Order No. 13, s. 2022), Luis Y. Ferrer Jr. North National High School officially created and convened its Election Committee (ELECOM) 2025 on June 16, 2025, coinciding with the first day of classes.
Spearheaded by the school head, Dr. Naneth P. Salvador, who also serves as the ELECOM Chairperson, the committee is tasked with overseeing a fair, transparent, and orderly election of SPTA (School Parent-Teacher Association) officers for the current academic year.
The 7-member committee is composed of the following:
• Chairperson: Dr. Naneth P. Salvador
• Teacher Members: Ms. Khristine R. Carlon and Ms. Inky Jane P. Latumbo
• Parent/Guardian Members: Mr. Bernafe M. Ortega, Ms. Odette Chato, Ms. Cha Cabisidan, and Ms. Mary Grace Dela Fuente
The establishment of the ELECOM reflects North High’s commitment to upholding transparency, inclusivity, and proper governance in all its stakeholder engagement initiatives.
