The construction of the fire exit and the installation of the handwashing station were made possible through the generous support of the Barangay Council of Pasong Camachile II, spearheaded by the initiative of Hon. Jowie S. Carampot. As a testament to their continued partnership with the school, Hon. Carampot personally led the ceremonial turnover of these facilities. Adding significance to the event was the presence of the School Governance Council (SGC) President, Mrs. Mildred S. Carampot, which highlighted the strong collaboration among the school, barangay, and community stakeholders.
These new facilities further strengthen the schoolโs commitment to ensuring the safety, preparedness, and well-being of both learners and personnel.
The additional handwashing station is aligned with the objectives of the OK sa DepEd Norte Program, underscoring the importance of health and wellness in the holistic development of learners. It also reinforces the schoolโs efforts to instill proper hygiene practices and promote a healthy lifestyle within the community.
Meanwhile, the newly established fire exit complements the goals of the SDRRM Dagling Responde: Ramdam Mo sa Norte program. It stands as a concrete symbol of the schoolโs dedication to preparedness and safety, ensuring protection during emergencies while keeping the well-being of students and teachers as a top priority.
Dr. Naneth P. Salvador, Principal II, expressed her deepest gratitude to the entire Barangay Council under the leadership of Hon. Carampot for their unwavering support in making these projects possible. She emphasized that such initiatives embody the spirit of cooperation and genuine concern for the welfare of the learners.
With this milestone, North High extends its heartfelt appreciation to all barangay officials and community stakeholders who continue to share in the mission of creating a safer and healthier learning environment.
