The Department of Health โ€“ Center for Health Development IV-A (DOH CHD IVA) conducted the ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก๐ฒ ๐‹๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (๐‡๐‹๐ˆ) ๐•๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง at Luis Y. Ferrer Jr. North National High School on October 22, 2025, ensuring that the school continues to strengthen and promote health and wellness within the learning environment.

The validation team was led by Ms. Jarlyn S. Escandor and Ms. Elaine J. Octoman from DOH CHD IVA, together with Dr. Mary Grace E. Javier, Medical Officer III from the Schools Division Office of General Trias City, and Nurse II personnel, Ms. Eliel Mae A. Galgo and Ms. Marichelle D. P. Ting.
