The Department of Health โ Center for Health Development IV-A (DOH CHD IVA) conducted the ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (๐๐๐) ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง at Luis Y. Ferrer Jr. North National High School on October 22, 2025, ensuring that the school continues to strengthen and promote health and wellness within the learning environment.
The validation team was led by Ms. Jarlyn S. Escandor and Ms. Elaine J. Octoman from DOH CHD IVA, together with Dr. Mary Grace E. Javier, Medical Officer III from the Schools Division Office of General Trias City, and Nurse II personnel, Ms. Eliel Mae A. Galgo and Ms. Marichelle D. P. Ting.
