Luis Y. Ferrer Jr. North National High School successfully conducted its School-Based Immunization program on September 5, 2025, in partnership with the City Health Office and in coordination with Barangay Pasong Camachile II.

Held at the school covered court, the activity aimed to protect Grade 7 learners from serious and preventable diseases such as measles and flu. The vaccination was administered by CHO Nurse Ms. Richelle Javier, with the assistance of Grade 7 advisers who guided and supported their students throughout the process.

Parents’ cooperation was ensured through signed consent forms, while the active participation of the barangay further strengthened the program’s implementation.

School Principal Dr. Naneth S. Panganiban – Salvador expressed her appreciation to the CHO team, the barangay officials, teachers, parents, and students for their full support in making the immunization drive successful. She also highlighted that initiatives like this contribute to promoting the health and well-being of learners, allowing them to thrive in their academic journey.

The event showcased a strong collaboration between the school, community, and local health authorities in safeguarding the welfare of the youth.
