A wave of creativity swept through the covered court of Luis Y. Ferrer Jr. North National High School on October 7, 2025, as students and teachers came together for the The event became a space where imagination met purposeโ€”where stories, learning, and local identity intertwined.

The program began with a series of meaningful messages that underscored the value of writing from experience. Ms. Babeth G. Casajeros welcomed participants with warmth, while Mr. Larry F. Cajelo introduced the dayโ€™s special guest, ๐‘ด๐’”. ๐‘ช๐’“๐’–๐’›๐’‚๐’•๐’†, better known by her pen name ๐‘ณ๐’‚๐’…๐’š๐’Š๐’๐‘ฉ๐’๐’‚๐’„๐’Œ09.

A celebrated PSICOM author, Ms. Cruzate captivated the audience with her insights on storytelling. She shared how her writing journey began and how her novels, including Tell Me How You Want To DIE and Seraphim, reflect her deep connection with her readers. โ€œWriting,โ€ she said, โ€œisnโ€™t just about wordsโ€”itโ€™s about moving people and making them feel.โ€ Her interactive discussion on the five elements of a story gave students practical tools to craft compelling narratives of their own.

The workshop ended on a hopeful note, reminding everyone that great stories often begin in classroomsโ€”where curiosity, courage, and creativity find their voice. At North High, the next generation of storytellers has just begun to write their first chapters.
