During the review, Ms. Khristine Carlon, Team Leader of the IQAT, together with her members, presented the results of the Internal Quality Audit. The report discussed recurring issues encountered during the audit, highlighted good practices observed across offices, and presented the overall compliance status of school processes, providing a clear basis for corrective and preventive actions.

Ms. Gigi Lyn Aticaldo, RMT Team Leader, reported on customer satisfaction and stakeholder feedback. The results showed that school offices received an overall very satisfactory rating from learners, parents, teachers, personnel, and external stakeholders, reflecting the schoolโ€™s continued commitment to providing quality services and fostering positive relationships with its stakeholders.

Mr. Ryan Edel Abueg, RMT Member, presented the Risk Management and Opportunities report, which covered identified risks and corresponding mitigating measures, emerging risks that may affect school operations, and opportunities for innovation that can be explored to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

For Quality Workplace concerns, Mr. Elmer P. Casajeros, QWT Leader, reported on the results of the Quality Workplace audit. He emphasized that during the last audit, many offices and classrooms demonstrated compliance with the 7S rules of Quality Workplace, indicating improved discipline, organization, and awareness among teachers and personnel.

Human resource and capacity-building needs were also discussed in the review. Mr. Roel Papa, ADA, presented the identified human resource requirements of the school, while Ms. Jenah S. Aniban, TAT Team Leader, reported on the training and capacity-building needs necessary to support professional growth and the effective implementation of school programs.

The QMR Team, composed of Master Teachers Mr. Erwin Asugui and Ms. Elena S. Rosales, and members Ms. Irine Macalindong and Ms. Ana Ruby Garcia, led the evaluation of implemented improvements and facilitated discussions on ways forward. Their evaluation focused on assessing the effectiveness of completed actions and identifying priority areas for further improvement.

In the final deliberation, the school principal, Dr. Naneth P. Salvador, led the discussion on key agenda items, including the improvement of QMS effectiveness, the enhancement of services and processes, the alignment of initiatives with the SIP, AIP, and the schoolโ€™s 5-point agenda, as well as the approval of the updated action plans and timelines. During the discussion, Ms. Maricar Erna emphasized the necessity of QMS in school operations, while Ms. Khristine Carlon shared that achieving quality goals is possible when teachers genuinely love and value the work they do.

The principal concluded the activity by highlighting the importance of collaboration and mutual support among teachers and personnel, emphasizing that working together is essential in achieving the schoolโ€™s goals. The Quarter 3 Management Review ended with a renewed commitment from all participants to continuously improve systems and services as the school moves forward, shining together as one.
