Luis Y. Ferrer Jr. North National High School (LYFJNNHS) came alive on January 28, 2026, as students, parents, and teachers gathered for the much-anticipated Birtud Stravaganza 2026, a showcase of dance, song, and theater under the theme SAYAWITDULA in celebration of ESP Values Month.

The event, held from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, was hosted by Mr. Chris Pegolio as Master of Ceremony, with Ms. Sisa Ebilla serving as the dedicated coordinator. Five groups of talented students took the stage, each bringing their unique blend of artistry and values-driven performances.

The panel of judges—Ms. Khristine Carlon, Mr. Larry Cajelo, and Ms. Zenaida Ayson had the challenging task of evaluating the performances, which captivated both the audience and the proud parents who filled the venue with cheers and applause.

Participants shared heartfelt reflections on their journey. “Masaya kasi wala ng hirap, practice tuwing 7AM, wala ng whole day sa school kaya sobrang thankful kami kasi natapos na ‘to,” said Raynel Sarno, expressing relief and gratitude after weeks of preparation.

“Nakakatuwa kasi napaganda namin sa mismong performance, med’yo magulo pero natutuwa ako kasi natuwa yung mga nanood sa amin kasi may bitaw kami eh,” shared Dominik Delos Reyes, highlighting the joy of connecting with the audience.

“Super saya po kasi napakita po namin sakanila yung galing po namin, yung skills na taglay po namin, and super saya rin po magperform kasi in the mood ka po talaga na binibigay mo talaga yung best mo and nagbubunga po,” said James Areglo, emphasizing the fulfillment of showcasing talent.

Parents also expressed their pride. “Sobrang saya, super proud ako sakanila,” said Charisse Calubag, a proud parents beaming with joy at the students’ achievements.

From the winning group, Zhaina Carreon reflected on the rewarding journey: “Saya kasi yung efforts namin na-paid, may kapalit, kahit noong una nagkakagulo kami, sulit na sulit yung pagod.”
