Luis Y. Ferrer Jr. North National High School community gathered once again in a meaningful celebration of dedication and excellence during the 3rd Quarter North Star Awarding Ceremony, held on February 6, 2026 at Carasuchi Villa Garden, Indang, Cavite. The event recognized the teaching and non-teaching personnel and school partners whose commitment, consistency, and service continue to illuminate the path of quality education.
One of the most memorable moments of the ceremony was the Inspirational Message delivered by Dr. Ivan Bryan B. Inductivo, CESO VI, who encouraged everyone to โalways look at the North Star for guidance.โ He highlighted a profound truth often overlooked: the North Star is not the brightest star in the sky, yet it is the most consistent and the one that never changes its place. This consistency, he emphasized, mirrors the kind of leadership and service that truly guide communities toward progress.
The program was further enriched by the presence of the PSDS, Ms. Arlene M. Hernandez and EPS in Values Education, Dr. Rizal Vidallo, who also delivered inspirational messages that motivated and encouraged the participants. Their words reinforced the eventโs theme of purpose, consistency, and excellence, leaving the audience with renewed passion for service and leadership.
Throughout the program, school leaders, partners, and educators reflected on the collective journey of the past quarter. Amid challenges, achievements, and continuous efforts to uplift learning environments, the event served as a gentle reminder that progress is built not only through grand accomplishments but through small, consistent acts of excellence carried out every day.
As the ceremony concluded, the community renewed its pledge to remain guided by purpose and to continue shining through service. Just as the North Star maintains its place in the sky, the dedication to the learners remains steady–anchored, purposeful, and inspiring.
